Cleaning
All schemes will be visited once per day between 7am - 7pm Monday – Friday.
During this time in scheme five main daily tasks will be carried out.
Daily tasks
The following areas will be checked and cleaned:
- Reception / main entrance
- Lounge
- Kitchen
- Laundry
- Communal toilets
In addition the following tasks will be completed over the course of the working week to ensure that service standards are met within the scheme.
Weekly tasks
- Stairs / lift
- Bathrooms / showers
- Bin rooms
- Store room / scooter room
- All corridors
- Guest room (as and when required)
- Memory room (Hare Hill)
- External area around the scheme (visual check) the team will report and arrange if work is required.
