Caretaking
Our Operatives aim to clean all walls, floors, windows, stairs and landings leaving them free of marks. We will also pick up litter from the surrounding areas. All work carried out in these communal areas form work carried out as part of a residents service charge.
We also remove fly tipping (all evidence found will be passed over to our enforcement Team to investigate and recharge offenders if found Guilty).
Internal cleaning
- Remove loose litter/rubbish.
- Clean skirting boards, stairs, door glass, handrails, wall lighting, windowsills, and wipe walls
- Sweep and mop all hard floors.
- Vacuum carpeted floor areas.
- Clean, all interior window surfaces, including glass.
- Sweep and mop lift floors and wipe all stainless-steel surfaces, internal and external, including call panels.
External cleaning
- Collect and dispose of all litter and rubbish in communal areas.
- Sweep all bin stores clear of rubbish and debris.
- Wipe all external lights, signage and door entry systems.
Once Identified, we will.
- Remove graffiti.
- Remove fly tipping.
- Unblock bin chutes.
