We want to hear your opinions on how we communicate with you to help us create when, where and how we communicate with tenants.
This could be in the following ways:
- Giving us feedback on standard letters, such as the annual rent letter.
- Review content in tenant newsletters.
- Help create engaging content for our social media channels.
You can do this from the comfort of your home, via emails, Zoom, phone or face to face. The choice is yours!
What skills/experience do I need?
We are looking for people with a passion for communication and a keen eye for detail to ensure tenants receive information an understandable, accurate and clear format. No formal qualifications required!
How much time will I have to give?
There is no minimum time requirement and you can get involved as much or as little as you like, depending on your interests and how much time you have to give.
