Tim joined the RBH Board in May 2023 and also sits on the Audit Committee. He has over 25 years' experience in the affordable housing sector, including development, investment, strategic asset management, and the delivery of an in-house repairs service. He serves as Chief Investment Officer for Places for People, overseeing the strategic management of their homes, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience, social impact and financial returns. He is also responsible for their PRS and investment portfolio, and leads their response the changing and complex operating environment, including addressing fire and building safety issues, delivering carbon net-zero and tackling the impact of climate change.
