Paul joined the RBH Board in January 2023. He brings over 30 years of expertise in risk, governance, leadership, and strategy, including over a decade of housing sector experience in executive roles at the Guinness Partnership - most recently as Executive Director Guinness Property and Director of Social Investment. Paul currently acts as an independent consultant working with housing associations and charities to develop their approach to Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG), housing strategy and internal controls. He also serves as Chair at the Regenda Housing Group and Non-executive Director Gloucester City Homes.
