- 36.25 hour working week for full time employees and we actively support many flexible working patterns.
- Holiday entitlement – All colleagues are on a consistent allowance of 30 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, regardless of grade, with an additional 5 days after completion of five years’ service. Part time employees will receive a pro rata entitlement. RBH reserves the right to allocate a minimum of three of these days over the Christmas period at its discretion. Dependent upon who your current employer is and your length of service, we may be able to give you an additional 5 days on appointment.
