- Value for Money means getting the best value out of the rental income we receive for our customers and what this money is spent on.
- It’s important because it ensures that services are provided in the most efficient and effective way.
- We want to provide services that our customers want and need.
How Does It Affect You?
- When we make decisions, we consider Value for Money.
- It helps us use our resources wisely to benefit you and other tenants.
- We’ll share more details about this in our Financial Statements in September.
