Our contact centre will close at 5pm on Thursday 17 April and reopen at 8am on Tuesday 22 April. Our emergency repairs line will remain open over the bank holiday on Freephone 0800 027 7769. You can also still access information and make payments via the MyRBH customer portal.
The Strand Community Hub will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
