As part of our commitment to keeping residents in our high-rise buildings safe, we are developing a new Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
We want to hear your views about how we share information about building safety in College Bank
You can download a draft copy of our strategy below.
Why do we want to hear from you?
We want your feedback on our draft strategy so that we know that we've got the strategy right.
In particular, we'd like to know:
- how you'd like to get in touch with us about building safety in College Bank
- how you'd like us to share information about building safety in College Bank
- if you have any ideas for how we can improve the strategy
- if you think that the strategy is written in a way that is easy for residents to understand
To provide your feedback, you can:
- email us at engagement@rbh.org.uk
- call us on Freephone 0800 027 7769 and ask for the Engagement Team
- attend our drop-in workshop at the Mitchell Hey Community Room (ground floor) on Tuesday 23rd April between 5pm and 7pm
We'd also like more residents to join our Building Safety Resident Panel. Please get in touch with the Engagement Team via the methods above if you'd like to get involved!
What happens next?.
- Consultation is open until Tuesday 30th April 2024.
- We'll listen to your feedback and produce a final, designed version of the strategy.
- We'll make the strategy available to all residents.
- We'll start to implement the actions set out in the strategy, including producing a new booklet containing key safety information for residents of each block at College Bank
