We're fully focused on our core role of providing homes and communities that people are proud to live in. To help us make sure we can do that, we're looking for two new Non-executive Directors to join our Board and bring their complementary skills and experience into our organisation.
We're looking for:
- Senior leadership experience in diversity, inclusion and belonging. You’ll bring the skills, experience and passion required to help deliver an embedded culture of real and tangible inclusion, supporting us to achieve an inclusive culture in every aspect of our work, especially for our customers and communities.
- Experience of ensuring that digital and technology strategies and solutions enhance the experience of customers. You’ll help us navigate the pressing issues in the technology space and advise on how best to embrace new technology.
We are also looking for two new independent committee members to join our Board committees for Audit and Risk, and Treasury and Finance.
