Dear residents,
In our recent newsletter, I told you that we were looking again at all our key projects, including our plans for College Bank. I promised to keep you updated on this work.
We have decided to pause work on our plans for College Bank while we conduct a detailed review, looking at the current plans and all the alternative options available to us, including how these options could be funded. This pause includes the plans for refurbishment of the Underwood block and our plans for priority rehousing.
We expect this review to be completed by the summer. We will make sure that the results of the review are shared with residents as quickly as possible. This will include holding an in-person event so that our team can answer any questions.
I know that you may have questions about this pause in work and how it may affect you. Our regeneration team are available to provide the support you need. You can get in touch with them by sending an email to towncentre.regen@rbh.org.uk or by calling Freephone 0800 027 7769.
I will write to you again as soon as we have further information to share.
Kindest regards,
Yvonne Arrowsmith - RBH Interim Chief Executive
