As soon as we have good news for you we will get in touch by phone, email or letter to let you know that we are offering you a home. This will happen as soon as possible after the advertising cycle closes on the Wednesday at 2pm.
Been offered a home?
If you refuse three homes that are offered to you then unfortunately we may have to remove your housing priority.
When you accept a home, we will let you know if it is ready to view. If it is not, we will let you know as soon as it is ready to view. If you wish to accept the home after you have viewed it, we will arrange a time for you to sign the paperwork. If your new home is ready to let, we may complete the legal paperwork at the viewing and give you your keys there and then.
When signing for a home, we require two weeks rent in advance, two forms of ID for each tenant and proof of income. Your New Tenant Advisor will provide you with any advice and support you need around your new tenancy.
