What are Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)?
These measures were introduced by the Government last year to ensure that all housing associations in England measure and report how satisfied tenants are with the services they receive.
We must collect information on things like repairs, safety, and how we talk to you. Then, we share this information with the Regulator of Social Housing - and with you!. It’s all about making sure you have a decent place to live and that your voice is heard when it comes to your home.
It’s been one whole year since we started collecting this data and we want to let you know how you’ve scored us!

- Middleton - The Lighthouse Project, 2nd floor, Middleton Shopping Centre, Middleton M24 4EL - Tuesday 21st May
- Pennine - 9 Stevenson Square, Smallbridge, OL12 9SA - Wednesday 22nd May
- Rochdale - Spotland Community Centre, 92-96 Spotland Road, Rochdale - Thursday 23rd May
