Dear Resident,
Since our last meeting with residents from College Bank in September 2023, we’ve been working hard with partners from Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH) to continue to find a sustainable solution that could see the retention and refurbishment of College Bank.
Thank you to everyone who came along to the previous meeting – we are now ready to hold another engagement event where we’ll provide a further update on where we are, and we’ll also be joined by LGAH and Lovells, who have been working on developing a plan and costings to enable a decision to be made.
I would like to invite you to an event where we will share the current position. It will be an opportunity to hear from you and, where we can, answer any questions you might have about the plans.
We will be at Hopwood Hall College in the Riverside Restaurant, Rochdale campus, OL12 6RY, on Thursday 29th February from 6pm until 8pm. You don’t need to register to attend, but it would help us to organise the event if you could let us know that you are coming along. Click here to let us know.
