Dear resident,
Last month I wrote to let you know that we had decided to pause work on regeneration plans for College Bank.
Since then we have been working to better understand residents’ views and how to best secure the future of your homes – making sure they are comfortable, safe and energy efficient.
I would like to invite you to a consultation event to provide an update on our review of the plans for the seven blocks and to answer any questions you may have.
We will be at Spotland Community Centre (92-96 Spotland Road, OL12 6PJ) on Wednesday 28th June with four one-hour sessions from 3pm until 7pm.
These sessions are a chance for you to drop-in and talk with our team about where we are now, our proposal for future improvements, and what the next steps may be.
Although appointments are not required, we would be very grateful if you could let us know whether you wish to attend at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm. All sessions will be the same, so you only need to attend one.
You can also email us on towncentre.regen@rbh.org.uk or give us a call on Freephone 0800 027 7769.
We know that not everyone will be able to attend on the 28th due to Eid and other commitments. We’ll share the information on our website after the event, and if you’d like to arrange a chat at another time convenient to you, please get in touch.
I look forward to seeing you at the consultation event.
Kindest regards,
Yvonne Arrowsmith - RBH Interim Chief Executive
