I am a dedicated strategic lead in Diversity, inclusion & Belonging. With a strong passion for social & ethical business models, this is one of the main reasons I applied for a post at RBH. Ensuring my commitment to fairness, representation and positive change for colleagues. As a member of the Representative Body, I will work tirelessly to advocate for colleagues, amplify their voices and contribute to a model that priorities inclusivity.
Outside of my role at RBH, I am a social housing tenant, a mother, a charity trustee, love DIY and an elected councillor within the Ribble Valley!
