I was excited about joining the Representative Body because it is something I feel extremely passionate about and I really enjoy assisting and helping others to be the best they can be, plus, and more importantly, I want to contribute to making a real difference in people’s lives and in the neighbourhoods and communities people live and work.
In my previous work positions, outside of the Representative Body, I have extensive experience working with vulnerable adults, assisting with all kinds of activities, including social events like coffee mornings, which have a positive impact on people’s wellbeing and social interaction.
And now for a little bit about myself, away from my Representative Body duties…..I like to help others whenever I can, and I like the outdoors and exploring different places. I live in Rochdale and I am passionate about where I live as the community always look out and helps each other – why would I want to live anywhere else!
