Nadhia Khan is Executive Director of Customer and Community.
The Customer and Community Team includes Customer Experience (Customer Contact, Insight, Engagement, and Complaints), Property Services (Repairs, Asset Management and Investment, Fire Safety, Environmental Services), and Neighbourhoods (including Income Services, Neighbourhood Housing Team, Older Persons' Services, Tenancy Sustainment, and Safeguarding). Nadhia has responsibility for compliance with the consumer standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
