I joined RBH in March 2024 from an executive role with a Welsh social housing provider. I have worked in social housing finance roles for over ten years with regional, large and specialist providers. Prior to that I worked in an accountancy practice, following a few years in sales. While always having a close eye on the finances, what motivates me is being part of a team that delivers excellence for our customers.
Outside of work, I am a lifelong supporter of Crewe Alexandra and love motorcycling, although unfortunately this is now limited to watching motorbike racing rather than riding bikes.
I love an inspiring quotation and my favourite is ‘you must be the change you wish to see in the world’. This inspires me and I hope my actions will bring about positive change within RBH and lead to great outcomes for our customers.
