Martin joined the RBH board as an advisor in 2024.
He has worked in Social Housing for 36 years in a variety of roles.
Most recently he was Director of Development at the Regenda Group, leading on major regeneration projects in the North West of England.
His development experience has also included complex joint ventures, market rent and sale schemes, low cost home ownership and a range of supported housing projects.
Martin is currently acting as an independent consultant supporting several charities and community housing groups.
