Mark is a qualified chartered accountant and brings over 30 years of financial, strategic, risk management and governance experience to his role as an independent member of the Audit & Risk Committee. He has worked in a variety of regulatory settings, including audit & business advisory services, financial services, education, health, social care and the charitable sector.
Most recently, Mark has led on the planning, financing, design and delivery of the campus redevelopment project at a local charity.
Mark currently acts as an independent consultant working with charities to develop their business and financial plans and on long term strategic decision making.
