Gary Graham was appointed as Non Executive Director to RBH on 1st June. Gary is a highly experienced Director and leader skilled in change, organisational development, performance improvement, people and programme leadership. Gary’s core background is People, HR and OD , a field he moved into at the end of a military career as an Army Officer. After working in senior national HR and OD roles in the retail sector, Gary returned to the public sector twenty years ago, he has since held Executive roles in the NHS and a Deputy Chief Executive post of a university. Gary led a start-up Mental Health Trust for 7 years as CEO, having previously been Deputy CEO (Operations and OD) at a large multi-site Acute trust and Director of HR and Estates at a District General Hospital. He is currently working as a Director of Strategy and Development in an NHS and social care support service provider. Gary lives in Heywood and is a co-opted member at Hopwood Hall College having previously been a NED of a start up Multi Academy Trust locally.
