Our Customer Voice Forums are meetings held four times a year that are open to all RBH customers to join us and discuss a different topic each time. We hold four in-person meetings and one online session to make sure that as many of our customers as possible are able to attend.
At our March meetings, you can come along and speak to our Neighbourhood Environment Team who carry out our caretaking and grounds maintenance services. We want to hear your views about these services and how we can make them better.
It's really important to us that we get these services right for you and that you get value for money for the service charges that you pay. Your feedback helps us to make things better. We are excited to see you there and hear what you have to say, and we are looking forward to working together to make your community a great place to live.

- Pennines Customer Voice Forum: 10-11.30am, Tuesday 25th March (9 Stevenson Square, Smallbridge)
- Middleton Customer Voice Forum: 1-2.30pm, Tuesday 25th March (Lighthouse Project, Middleton Shopping Centre)
- Online Customer Voice Forum: 5.30-7pm, Wednesday 26th March (Zoom link sent to registered attendees)
- Rochdale Customer Voice Forum: 10-11.30am, Thursday 27th March (Spotland Community Centre)
- Heywood Customer Voice Forum: 1-2.30pm, Thursday 27th March (Sandon House Community Centre)
