RBH offices will be closed over the holidays from 3pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024 until 8am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Our emergency repairs line will operate throughout the Christmas period on Freephone 0800 027 7769. Our team will continue to attend any emergency repairs within 24 hours.
Our online services are available throughout the festive period via the MyRBH portal. This website also contains further information which may be useful over the holidays for any other queries, including anti-social behaviour or tenancy questions.
You can continue to report non-urgent issues via MyRBH or to customer@rbh.org.uk and we will respond to these after the holidays.
