We're excited to invite you to our December customer voice forums, and we'd love to see you there.
Why should I come along?
Come along for a hot chocolate and a mince pie on us, and tell us what's important to you and how we can make things better.
What are we talking about?
At December's events, we'll be talking about two topics: supporting communities, and how we communicate with you.
- We’re currently looking at how and where we put time, money, and resources into projects and services that help improve the lives of people in a community. This is your chance to tell us what you think RBH should focus on to make our communities even better. We’ll be playing a fun game to find out what’s most important to you, like getting money advice, support for community groups, affordable food, and helping people get online.
- What do you think about the new RBH newsletter? What would you like to see on our social media? Do you like receiving RBH information by SMS or email? Meet our Communications Team and discuss how we communicate with you, what we do well, and how we can make it better.
When are these events, and how do I sign up?
We're holding four face-to-face sessions and an online chat. Click the links below for our registration forms, or email engagement@rbh.org.uk to let us know you're coming along!
