If you or a family member are interested in applying to move into Hare Hill, you will firstly need to contact Rochdale Council Adult Care Service to request a care needs assessment. The assessment will need to be made to determine the level of care needs and the number of hours per week which will be needed to care for the applicant. As part of this care needs assessment, Rochdale Council Adult Care Service will also undertake a financial assessment to determine the level of contribution the person may need to make to the cost of their care at Hare Hill.
Rochdale Council Adult Care Service can be contacted on 0300 303 8886.
The housing application and medical questionnaire together with the care needs assessment will then be considered by the extra care allocations panel. The panel meet approximately every six weeks. The application is considered and a decision made based on the vacancies at the scheme and the number of hours required to deliver the care.
