We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new webchat feature available on our website from today (2nd April 2024). The new service will complement the current ways that customers can contact us which also includes telephone, face to face, email and the My RBH portal making sure that everyone can contact us in a way that suits them.

Our new webchat assistance will help with a wide range of things including information on rents and payment, repairs, feedback and complaints, neighbourhoods, tenancy, home improvements, finding a home, using MyRBH and other advice and support.

For those customers who need additional assistance there is a live chat function available from 9:15am to 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. For those who need additional support outside of these hours please telephone freephone 0800 027 7769.
